Brussels/Mexico City/Miami/Sao Paulo, October 1, 2019 – Kennedy Executive Search, the global network of privately-owned executive search firms, welcomes new partner Talent Corporate Solutions. The new partner has offices in Brazil, Mexico and Miami – the US gateway to Latin America. Miami will be a second US location for the network after Denver. Kennedy Executive immediately gains a strong presence in Latin America and new capabilities to serve clients’ needs in the Americas as a whole.
Talent Corporate Solutions is a retained executive search firm specialized in strategic, complex, and confidential C-Suite and Senior Management positions for the Latin America business units of multinational companies. The firm was founded by industry veteran Federico Sucari. Based in Brazil, Federico leads the Sao Paulo office team. With over two decades in the executive search industry and with extensive expertise in C-Level, Senior Management and cross-border functional roles, Federico has performed searches for Fortune Global 1000 public and privately-held companies as well as for strong, regional players in the US, Mexico, Central America and throughout South America. Pablo Perella-Berdun joined Talent Corporate Solutions as a partner in 2019. He is a seasoned business leader who started his career in Argentina with Santander Rio Bank and Alpargatas before spending 20 years with Kimberly-Clark in Argentina, Brazil, and the US. Most recently, Pablo was President of Microban, a global leader in antimicrobial and odor control additives. He currently splits his time between the company offices in Miami and Mexico City.
Federico: “Our collective experience provided us with a clear understanding of how successful companies design and organize functions, roles, and processes. We apply this knowledge to help our clients assess their own critical organizational, talent acquisition and retention factors. If the result calls for the hiring of new talent, we can do extensive mapping of talent in the market. A clear perspective of the competencies of their employees compared to those of industry peers will help them make the right decision. To make sure we find the perfect match, we implement a proprietary methodology to identify, evaluate, attract, and place high-caliber talent. As the first 90 days are paramount to the long-term success of a new employee, we offer an extensive integration and onboarding program. We take great pride in being able to offer our clients this wide range of services, particularly in a complicated market like Latin America”.
Pablo: “To capitalize on the opportunities the Latin American market presents, multinational companies require in-depth knowledge and experience of each country’s regulations, practices, culture, and talent base. Often, the headquarters for Latin American businesses are in the US, Canada, or Europe—not in the actual region, which adds to its intricate nature. Through our collaboration with the Kennedy Executive Search network partners, we can provide both the global insights and the local expertise and service that is critical for clients to win. It’s the perfect blend of the advantages of a boutique firm with the resources of a very reputed, international network”.
“When it became clear we needed a partner in Latin America, we could not have wished for a better match”; says founder and chairman of Kennedy, Jorg Stegemann. “We look for the highest business ethics and professional standards in potential new partners. With Pablo and Federico, we immediately recognized both. Furthermore, their extensive professional experience, their mutual global footprint, their passion for executive search and last but not least, their personalities perfectly match our network. We are thrilled to enter this new market with them as partners and look forward to working with them and to elevate the level of service and scope we can offer our clients”.
