With the new partner office in Munich, Kennedy Executive gains an even stronger presence in Germany and the German speaking markets.
Adrian & Roth (A&R) was founded in 2002. The company can look back at more then 20 years of experience in executive search in a variety of hi-tec industries like semiconductor, electronics, software, telecommunication and more.
The firm bares the name of its two founders; Florian Roth and Jürgen Adrian. Before starting A&R, they were both partners with a well known human resources consulting firm in Munich. Florian is an engineer by trade with a degree in RF electronics. He held various roles for companies in microelectronics before he set foot in the recruiting industry. In one of his roles, he was responsible for recruitment in the semiconductor industry, a specialty of A&R to this day. Jürgen started his professional career in sales before he found his calling, recruitment, in 1995 when he joined a personnel consulting firm. He never looked back. Since the start, A&R has grown to a company with a staff of 13, each with specific industry expertise. Clients range from large established names to small and medium-sized companies. Further to recruitment and executive search, the company offers coaching, training, teambuilding, outplacement consultancy, benchmark analysis and more.
