We also work closely with our joint venture company Speedinvest Heroes, which specialises in sourcing exceptional talent for over 150 digital start-up companies.

The audits also serve to compare company development goals with senior management competency, in order to identify potential areas of development.
• Digital Leadership Audit: Appraising the management qualities of potential candidates or current senior management, in terms of their ability to lead transformational digital change within an organisation.

A seasoned Executive Search and Management Consulting professional, he has since built a team of experienced partners who bring various relevant skill sets to the organisation. The highly motivated in-house research and consultancy department boasts vast Executive Search experience in many different markets as well as a wide range of native language skills relevant in the CEE region and other selected emerging markets.
