• JRS International Search Partners/ Kennedy Executive Search Australia conducts Executive Search assignments throughout the Asia Pacific Region and Middle East. Our Search consultants are business executives who have held senior management roles with multinational responsibility and are also highly skilled in Executive Search.
• In addition to Executive Search JRS ISP provides other services including: leadership development programs, enterprise learning platforms and programmes, culture assessment and change programmes, industry and competitor talent mapping, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and non-Executive Director Selection.
• The founders of JRS International Search Partners Paula and Joe Screnci have worked in the Executive Search and Recruitment industry for 30 years. This has included managing some of the largest executive recruitment firms in Australia. Prior to this Joe held senior roles with American and British multinational companies and Paula held senior roles with an American multinational company.
• Their experience covers every market segment of Recruitment and Executive Search and during their career they have employed and trained over 1000 Executive Recruitment Consultants, conducted over 20 acquisitions in 5 countries, owned and operated 12 companies in 7 countries and listed a major recruitment services group on the ASX. In addition, Paula and Joe have held Executive and non-Executive Board positions with companies in Australia, NZ, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and the UK in Executive Search, Recruitment, HR Consulting, Leadership Training, ICT Training, Software Development, Film Production, Property Development, Construction Services and Not For Profit sectors.
• Paula and Joe have substantial experience in all aspects of operating and developing a multinational Business. This includes employing and managing C-Level executives and appointing Executive and Non-Executive Board members for their own group of companies as well as for Client companies.
